INTO Knowledge is the research
intelligence unit of INTO. Based in Bangkok, it has a specialist team
of education researchers. It provides insight and analysis to INTO
university partners and the university sector worldwide.
The unit is currently researching the exponential rise of Study Abroad
that is developing around the world. Full findings will be available
from September 2008.
International market trends
Student mobility is greater than ever as more students choose multiple
locations for study, influencing employers to hire graduates not only
for their academic qualifications, but also for their international
experience. As students' requirements become more complex and career
orientated, INTO Knowledge provides the INTO alliance of university
partners with a vision of future international market trends.
Student mobility
INTO Knowledge is monitoring the growth in Study Abroad options for
students from Europe and the US and the developing attraction and
quality of provision in new educational destinations including China
and south-east Asia, a region that is both a key source for our
partners and a host for international student mobility.
Outputs from INTO Knowledge influence our planning and create market
awareness. Commissioned primary research will be available through a
variety of online and print publications.
