Stephen Healy
Director, Strategy Development
In addition to his role at INTO Knowledge, Stephen serves as the
Director of Strategy and Development for INTO University Partnerships.
His responsibilities cover the development of strategic marketing and
research services for INTO's global university partner network and the
development of new overseas university partnerships worldwide.
Stephen's team at INTO Knowledge provides the strategic development and
research services for INTO University Partnerships building on the
experience of activeMINDS Consulting, a specialist agency focused on
tracking international student demand and higher education marketing
trends.
Prior to founding activeMINDS Consulting in 2005, Stephen managed the
British Council’s EducationUK brand related work in both China and
Thailand, and he led the launch and subsequent promotional campaign
behind the Prime Minister’s initiative in China between 1998 and 2002.
He is aware of the issues that arise from repositioning for different
markets from his time in China and Thailand, where under different
market conditions, he led a team that achieved market leading positions
for the UK from uncompetitive positions.
Stephen has experience in working with market research and branding
agencies as well as his recent work with activeMINDS Consulting where
he has completed a number of University based client funded projects
related to TNE in Thailand, Malaysia and China. In addition, he works
closely with the higher education team in UNESCO Bangkok on regional
trends in higher education and the development of open and distance
learning services for institutions in the
Asia-Pacific region.
Patthara Tangtagulwong
Market Research Manager
Patthara has a BA in Economics from Thammasat University, Thailand and
an MA in Marketing from the University of Nottingham in UK.
She began
her career in Market research in 2005 with Synovate, Thailand as a
Senior Researcher. This role involved quantitative research in consumer
services and products as part of product and concept testing and
developing insights into consumer usage and attitudes for key clients
across a number of industries.
Prior to joining Synovate, Patthara was the lead market researcher for
a European Union funded research project coordinated by the British
Council Thailand on student perceptions of studying in the European
Union.
She joined INTO Knowledge in early 2007 leading our portfolio of
research projects with a specific remit on developing insights on Asian
youth and their educational preferences.
Maturin Alhabshi
Executive Assistant
Maturin has a BA in English from Kasetsart University, Thailand and is
now an executive assistant at INTO Knowledge.
Her duties are
organisation of the Director’s diary, administrative support for the
Director, providing briefing, research and translation support, support
activities and projects involving event management and coordination,
and coordination of INTO Knowledge student interns.
Thomrat Hongdul
Education Sector Analyst
Thomrat is the Education Sector Analyst at INTO Knowledge. She studied
for two masters in the USA covering Educational Psychology and
Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign and University of Pittsburgh in the USA. Prior to
joining INTO Knowledge in May 2007, Thomrat was Evaluation Researcher
and Coordinator inside of the Office for National Education Standards
and Quality Assessment (ONESQA) the independent evaluation agency for
schools, colleges and universities in Thailand. She brings valuable
disciplines of evaluation inside of Thai School context as well as a
clear understanding of government processes and procedures.
Thomrat currently leads in all supply side trend analysis of
educational developments in Thailand and across Asia with a specific
focus on public sector education reform.
Chawanchai Chaikachorn
Marketing Officer
Chawanchai has a BA in Visual Communications from Assumption
University, Thailand. He studied further and acquired a MA in
Advertising from RMIT University, Melbourne in 2006
He joined INTO Knowledge in May 2007 as Marketing Officer. He is
responsible for the overall communications and marketing of the company
with specific responsibilities on publications, corporate design
identity and e-marketing.
